My partner got new tyres from this death trap of a place and on our way home with the full family in the car the front starting knocking we thought this was an issue with the CV joint however on closer inspection these cowboys hadn't tightened the wheel nuts and the full wheel was hanging on by 1 nut!!! When we spoke to the garage and told them the alloy wheel was ruined and what would they do with regards to training staff on better safety ect he said it's your own fault you should have checked?? If I had been a 70 year old woman I would have been expected to get out my wrench from the boot and check the nuts?? Get real!! Will be contacting trading standards!!!
